• You can enable or disable location sharing through your device settings or within the App. Disabling location access may limit some functionality.

c. User Content

• Ownership:You retain ownership of the content you upload or share ("User Content").
• License: By posting User Content, you grant NSC Co. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of sharing it.

d. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others’ rights (e.g., intellectual property, privacy).
• Use the App to harass, bully, or harm others.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the App or its systems.
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
• Collect or misuse other users’ data without their consent.

5. Intellectual Property

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NSC Co. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
